Refund policy

IMPORTANT:  Please contact returns@lopshift.com before returning any items.

Products purchased from lopshift.com can be returned for a refund within 30 days of purchase.  All returns must be in as-new condition, with the product tags still attached.  Please include the purchase receipt that arrived with your delivery and send to the address below:

Who pays for the return shipping?

If there is nothing wrong with the item -  The return postage is paid by you.

If we sent you an incorrect or damaged item - We will refund your return postage cost, up to a maximum of €25.  You will be required to send proof of your postage cost to returns@lopshift.com to qualify for this refund.

 

Will my refund  include the original delivery charge?

If there is nothing wrong with the item you are returning - We will only refund the cost of the item, not the delivery fee.

If we sent you an incorrect or damaged item - We will refund both the price you paid for the item and the delivery fee that was added at checkout. If you choose to receive a replacement item instead of a refund, we will pay the cost of delivering the replacement item to you.
